Of the view from my window in Savonlinna Kaartilantie 15

"  I had arts, nature, wisdom of life, high skills and a good atmosphere in the direction of my dream jobs, and so the weathers, music, etc were kind of allowed to flourish, I thought, and also the town supported such professions. 

If you do not have such objects, Savonlinna was a tourism town, planning that a short visit on the opera festival and a little bit of the town (and buying something from the shops or from the market square) would be worth the time used of one's family's summer holiday. And I guess that tourism towns also abroad search for similar good sides.
